What is the Financial Forecasting Tool?
This is a free, user-friendly tool built right into the Y Invest website, designed to help you visualise your financial journey over time. Simply enter your personal details – such as income, expenses, savings, investments, and goals – and it generates an estimated forecast of your financial position through time. Think of it as your own crystal ball for finances, projecting scenarios like retirement readiness, wealth growth, or even the impact of life changes.
There are no downloads or subscriptions required – just head to the website and start exploring. It's completely free to use and tailored for UK tax rules, pensions, and investment options to keep things relevant.
Please note, this tool is still under development and shouldn’t be relied upon in isolation. We're refining it based on real user input to make it even better and as useful as possible. Importantly, no user data is stored and all users are anonymised.
